5 stars An Unbelievable Tale Made Real and Exciting and Crafted by a Master Storyteller!

Snow Blood Season 5 was a fast paced, exciting conclusion to one of the best series of books from Carol Mckibben I've read. She draws you into the book by the end of the last one so you pick up automatically on the loss, and sorrow that Snow Blood and Family, and Selene, Kane, and Brogio felt over the death of Scrawny. They worked to extract revenge, but brought about an unexpected turn for the worse in the process, and only through bloodshed, Sorrow, rage, and hope did they find peace in an unexpected, and perfect way. The Gods don't always win, but this ending proves there is Salvation. It also opens up a new and exciting pathway to one of the main characters to go off on his own adventures, and I can't wait for that spinoff to start! This is a must read for anyone who has read even one of Snow Blood's adventures, but I don't doubt if you've read one, that you've read all 4 prior stories. Thank you Carol for letting us have a glimpse into your mind, and the world of Snow Blood!
5 starsAWESOME series!

Wow, what an AWESOME ending to a wonderful series! Brogio, Snow Blood and their unique family (Vampires & their Vampire dogs & wolves). need to deal with Scrawny's (one of the Vampire wolf pack) "true death". Revenge is soooo wild in this book, Hecate gets her come-uppance as do several of the Gods & Goddesses. Though the Brogio Family is torn apart the book DOES have a HEA. I can only hope that this isn't the last we see of Brogio & Family (Spin off for Kane??).
5 stars for SNOW BLOOD

I have throughly enjoyed all of the Snow Blood Seasons, 1-5 . Am looking forward to whatever comes next.
5 stars A great ending to a terrific series!

This was such an interesting way to close Snow Blood's series! I really love how the characters interact with each other. Snow Blood wants revenge for Scrawny's death. Things go wrong, and Selene is kidnapped I love how Snow Blood braved facing Brogio when he turned into the monster the God's turned him into and was able to reach him and bring him back into himself.
The best part was Seth and Mathias comes to the rescue and gets her back. But my most favorite part is the scene where Seth and the Archangels confront the mythological gods. I don't want to spoli the ending but God's forgiveness and gift to Brogio anf his family was a terrific ending. I'm looking forward to reading Kane's adventure next. A truly well written and enjoyable series.
5 stars A Truly Great Series.

This series was such a unique and original experience. As told through the eyes of a Dog and his vampire family, Snow Blood was such a gripping tale brought to life on the pages of this book by a really magnificent story teller.
Although, I am happy with the ending, it is still bitter sweet to know it has ended. Please do yourself a favor and pick up this series. It maybe short, but it will stay with you for a long time.
5 Stars! A fantastic finale to the series.

Carol Mckibben is a new author to me and although I am not a great lover of vampire novels I did really enjoy this series. I devoured the other 4 books before this finale to catch up on the story. This was a great series as we get to this final book. I was glued to it from page one to the end as we see snow blood looking for revenge. But what will the ending be? A great series.
Overwhelmed
By Liberrian
I am overwhelmed by sadness that this series is at an end. The adventures of Brogio, Selene, Kane, and (of course) Snow Blood have kept me entertained for quite some time. This story is particularly enjoyable, and the end is unexpected. I hope we have not really heard the last of this fascinating family.
5-Stars for All 5 Books in this Series
By Judy Harding
"These books are a wonderful blend of supernatural, paranormal, mythological and vampire adventure... "I don't do 5 stars very often but this series has everything you could want in a book. Action, adventure and extremely likable characters. Even tho the story is about vampires the force of the book is love... This series just keeps on getting better and the loyalty and love is always there. The Gods of Mythology are narcissus, petty and they keep trying to control this family. There is a tragedy in this book that will affect the whole family... This whole series has been exceptional. I have loved the characters, the plot, and the action. The vampire/mythological elements have given this a special twist, and I was pleased that the ending reflected the shift of power from the gods to God. I could have jumped up and down at the wonderful news at the end. I am looking forward to the spinoff, and I am sure it will be just as great as this has been."
5-Stars This is one of the most unique, fantastic books I've ever read.

This is the second time around for me reading this series. I had read all the books when I was younger and decided to reread them, because I liked them so well. In this last book in the series Carol McKibben did not disappoint she rarely ever does. My only disappointment with the book is that it is the last one and we will no longer have any new stories with Brogio's family and Snow Blood's pack. I can only hope she's got other books planned for new series, and maybe she will change her mind about continuing the series of Brogio, Serene, Kane, and Snow Blood and his pack, and their adventures. World-building is exceptionally well done, and characters are also very well developed. Heat scale is a zero, violence is mild. This book has it all supernatural, magic, romance, and Greek mythological characters. Carol McKibben was the first author that I read that had such a unique approach to her characters, and writing technique. She drew me into the storyline and plot kept me engrossed and enthralled. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys stories of vampires, Greek mythological characters, and most of all dogs and wolves. I absolutely love this series, with a great sense of sadness at having to say goodbye to these beloved characters.
