Two vampires battle against the werewolf nation. Hybrid- wolf “Moon” and her human vampire master, Kane, fight for their lives against a stalking shifter network out to destroy them. Each battle may be their last as vampires and werewolves edge ever closer to war.
While Kane and Moon work to unravel the looming threat, more and more questions surface. But one thing is sure, the real motives behind the werewolves’ plot against them include destroying the vampire race.
Only an act of bravery and trust will stop the werewolf species from destroying what Kane and Moon love the most. Vampire teeth flash and wolf claws clash as supernatural beings fight for life, love and family.

"5-Stars. I love all of Carol's Books, but in the Wolf/Vampire series, she has captured the imaginations of untold numbers of readers with the new approach to storytelling, Dogs that are Vampires, and can talk and narrate, and shift change, and carry a story on their own, "and you're going.... Ok, that makes sense!" I doubt few if any other Authors could have pulled this method off, and make it seem normal. Moon-Blood2 carries on this fascinating journey opening at Kane's Original Creators Winery, (who is now human..along with his wife and child), and they are attacked by Weerwolves in a senseless attempt to slaughter the original Vampire, Kane's Maker, but Kane is now the Leader, and draws them away to chase him overseas to his home. He and Moon Blood meet a new and dangerous Ally, (who happens to be a Gorgeous Original Werewolf) who is against the attacks on the Vampires, explains the reason for the attacks, and helps to stop it along with her brothers. The only complaint if there is one, is it's such an easy reading book that I was finished long before I wanted to put it down. Carol creates Fantasies, Worlds, and Possibilities that can't exist, yet in your minds-eye they do, and that is the mark of an Artist, not just a Writer." -Rickey Morris, posted on Goodreads
"5-Stars! Vampires and Shifters at War. Continuing the story of Kane and Moon Blood, a great paranormal storyline with vampires and shifters in conflict, and a surprise at the end. A vampire dog with a mind of her own adds a unique twist and makes this an excellent, fast read. Carol is one of the very few authors I automatically pre-order!" -Catmomma, posted on Amazon
"4-Stars. The camaraderie of the extended families in these stories is always amazing, and once more they have to rally to defeat their enemies. It's not as gory as some of the others, but still has some satisfying fight scenes. Moon still shows the puppy inquisitiveness that was introduced in the last book, but she seems to have matured a little. More eager to follow commands instead of breaking them, but still trying to prove her worth. I loved her reactions when she shifted again. (view spoiler) Honestly, it was weird and gross (if you knew the truth) and she showed it. And Kane. I love how Moon view his 'mating rituals.' Those two are quite the pair. I'm looking forward to more adventures, and hopefully Kane's own happy ending." - Alicia, posted on Goodreads
"5-Stars. Very enjoyable series, and one I highly recommend. As with all the books in this series, I really enjoyed this story. I find the concept of an human level intelligence coupled with the loyalty and devotion of a powerful wolf hybrid fascinating and love the conversation's between Kane and Moon. There is plenty of action and plotting going on and I like how new elements keep getting added into the narrative." -Judy Harding, posted on Amazon
"5-Stars. Great read. Well written, with a great plot and characters. I was engrossed from start to finish. This book picks up right where book 1 left off. Kane and Moon are hiding out with Brolgio after the LA events. A Great vampire shifter story with conflict. I can't wait to read the next book!" -Jessica Cashen
"5-Stars. Moon is terrific in this story! If I could of given this book more stars I would have!. This story takes up with Kane and Moon Blood visiting Brolgio after the trouble in California. When the head Werewolf comes to kill Brolgio and his family, Kane and Moon come to their aid. Kane is determined to find out the reason they want them dead.It was great how the pulled all the founding vampires together to fight the werewolves. It was a very interesting story of suspense and paranormal intrigue. I love how smart Moon is and how she came up with the solution to end the werewolves." -Patricia Myers, posted on Amazon

"5-Stars! Moon and Kane continue to struggle to protect their families and fend off attacks from werewolves all over the world. This second volume in the Moon Blood series adds greater depth to the characters' lives and their adventures are funtastically intriguing.
Thanks Carol for continuing to share such enjoyable stories." -Blane Holden, posted on Goodreads and as Simon Eponym on Amazon
"5-Stars! Epic! The series is so unique. Vampire shifter hybrids, Moon is a wolf who can kill with venom in her bite, Angels are mentioned.... This is the first series I have ever read from the point of view of a wolf. There’s a murder plot, there’s heroics... Basically, this is a fabulously written paranormal fic." -Katie Thompson, posted on Amazon
"5-Stars. Fast-paced with lots of twists and turns. Moon Blood was a different take on shifters and vampires, at least for me. Although a standalone, to me, it is part of an epic story that is much larger than just this small piece. It’s not an issue; it felt like it invited me in and told me that story. It is about Kane de Medici and Moon Blood. They are not a couple but instead have a more…familial relationship. I don’t want to give any spoilers so it’s a simple explanation. Lots of action, many different parts of the “families”, and some new friends…or are they? Fun but intense read and a wild ride." -GDS, posted on Amazon
