It was so close, but Image #2 won! Then, I sent it to my designer who took the image, which wasn’t book quality, and turned that concept into the winning and final cover!

Lily Loggins falls in love when she pulls a drowning pit bull puppy out of the ocean. Who would have thought this one act would set Lily down a path she never expected.
